[It's been a long time since Banjou was last on the network.

He has his same setup from the last time, playing away at his acoustic guitar. This time, he's playing something he probably heard on the radio.]

I have a question, for those of you who have been here a long time. How many Pokemon do you have? Where did you find them and what are their names?

I have a pretty small team, and I'm content with that right now, though I'm sure getting more wouldn't hurt. I'm just curious about everyone else here, especially from those who have been here for years.

Hmm... Well, I've got a Weavile who's obsessed with trying to act like a human. Trained himself to talk, keeps going on about how Pokémon need to "rise up" in society...

[A quiet laugh slips out of him, and he shakes his head.]

Nobody takes him seriously, but it does make me wonder if any other Pokémon feel the same way. I've seen people complain about battling and captures, but most Pokémon just accept it right away.

Ever thought about teaching them to write? Or you could always get a Psychic type to act as a translator.

[It's just a random thought; sometimes it makes understandings much easier.]

And it's a tough call. They're as unpredictable as people. Probably just as smart, too.

Yeah, can't argue that. It's so much easier to work with them if they actually like you, but I kinda wound up with a few bad eggs. And I mean that literally; they were eggs I bought, and they hatched with bad attitudes.

I don't even know what to do in those cases. Just feels wrong to ditch them, even when they're acting temperamental...

Yeah, though sometimes it goes beyond grumpy. First time Sora was here, he got saddled with a Charizard that was actively abusive and basically wound up ditching him. My Aerodactyl's mauled people before, so there's definitely a point where they can and do go beyond bad attitudes...

Makes me wonder what the police do in those cases. Is there therapy for Pokémon? If not, there probably should be.
